Cb44 Terms and Conditions – Official Platform Usage Guidelines

• Holding a valid bank account or e-wallet registered under your own name for financial transaction purposes.

Cb44 reserves the right to request document verification at any time to confirm member eligibility. The Know Your Customer (KYC) process is part of our commitment to security and legal compliance. Documents that may be required include a national ID, proof of address, or bank statement.

Each individual is only permitted to hold one cb44 account only. Holding more than one account ("duplicate accounts") is strictly prohibited and may result in the closure of all associated accounts and forfeiture of all balances and bonuses.

You are fully responsible for:

Deposit Policy:

• The minimum deposit is RM 20 for most payment methods.
• Deposits are credited to your account instantly or within 5 minutes for standard payment methods.
• Cb44 does not charge any processing fees for deposits.
• All deposits must be made from a bank account or e-wallet registered in your own name.

Withdrawal Policy:

• The minimum withdrawal amount is RM 50.
• Withdrawals are processed within 15 minutes to 24 hours depending on the method and verification requirements.
• First-time withdrawals or withdrawals exceeding a certain amount may require KYC verification before approval.
• Withdrawal funds may only be transferred to a bank account or e-wallet that has been verified under the same member's name.

Cb44 offers a variety of exclusive bonuses and promotions for new and existing members. All bonuses are subject to the stipulated wagering requirements. Please read the terms of each promotion carefully before accepting any bonus.

• Welcome Bonus: Eligible for new members making their first deposit only. Cannot be used in conjunction with other promotions unless stated.

• Validity Period: Bonuses have a stated expiry period. Expired bonuses will be automatically forfeited.

• The outcome of all games is final once confirmed by the system. Any dispute regarding a game result must be submitted within 72 hours.
• In the event of a technical disruption during gameplay, cb44 will review the game logs and restore the game state or refund the bet in accordance with the applicable policy.
• Sports wagering is subject to the rules of the respective sport. cb44 reserves the right to void bets on markets affected by sports fraud or disputed results.

• Cb44 reserves the right to decline or limit bets from any member without providing a reason, particularly where there is evidence of manipulation or fraud.

• Loss Limit: Cap the maximum amount you can lose within a set time period.

• Financial losses resulting from game outcomes or betting.
• Service disruptions caused by factors beyond cb44's control, such as internet outages, power failures, or force majeure events.
• Damage to your device resulting from use of the platform or downloading the cb44 app.
• Unauthorized access to your account due to your own negligence in safeguarding your login credentials.

Cb44's maximum liability to any member under any circumstances is limited to the net deposit amount made by that member in the 12 months preceding the claim.

Cb44 reserves the right to suspend or close any member's account without prior notice if:

• The member violates any provision of these Terms and Conditions.
• There is suspicion of fraud, money laundering, or other illegal activity.
• The member provided false information during registration or the KYC process.
• The member is found to hold more than one account.
• Account inactive for more than 12 consecutive months (dormant account).

Members who wish to voluntarily close their account may contact the cb44 customer support team. Any valid remaining funds will be returned to the original payment method within 5 business days after the review process is complete.

Cb44 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time. Amendments take effect immediately upon publication on the cb44 website. We will endeavour to provide at least 7 days' notice before any material amendment takes effect, via email or an in-platform notification.

These Terms are governed by and interpreted in accordance with applicable law. Any dispute arising in connection with these Terms shall first be resolved through negotiation, and if necessary, through mutually agreed arbitration procedures.
